Placing an order with Princess Natural Hair is easy. Once you have had an opportunity to visit our website you can either order via our online service or contact our friendly Princess Natural Hair customer service. We are available from Monday-Saturday: 8.00am-9.00pm to answer your questions and complete your order by phone.

Shipping

Princess Natural Hair company policy is to provide you with timely delivery service. Orders are processed and posted daily, via Royal Mail for the UK and DHL for international orders. Please, allow 2-3 days for standard delivery in the UK. Express and overnight delivery is available in the UK for orders placed before 12:00pm. For international orders a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been posted. Should the items you wish to purchase be out of stock you will be notified immediately, and of the new delivery date.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please remember to place your order with utmost attention. All custom made item sales are final and non-refundable. Exchanges for standard items of purchase are accepted - only for items which are UNOPENED AND UNUSED; all exchanges must be returned in the original package. There are no refunds on shipping charges and other incurred expenses when requesting a refund or exchange. We cannot except any refunds or exchanges for opened or used products for hygienic reasons.
